Happy with my leg size

Hey im totally stuck for a new routine. I want to do mike mahlers 5x5 or similar but they revolve around the squat. I am happy with my leg size and don't want them to get any bigger. My upper body is lagging behind my legs which is annoying. How would you go about constructing a program each bp 2x per week. That places more emphasis on the upper body.

I was thinking of a push/ pull routine centered around:

Deads
Rows
Chins
Bench
Dips
etc plus maybe a few bar curls and ab work

How could i construct one? Because i really don't want my legs to grow any more.

maybe u can still do the 5x5 with the squat.. but at a much lower volume and weight.. just to keep the muscles going.. but u can still advance in your other lifts.. thought u could use it this way..

question is how have you been working out till now? also, how about some stats. it's my belief that after many months of working out with lots of compound lifts which also hit the legs, you could see ur upper body improving in the long run. it has happened to me. ever since i crossed around 200lbs i started noticing a steady improvement in symmetry. i have been using a routine loosely based on WSB. but i will be starting a full body w/o 4x wk soon.

Do the squatting exercises with 5x2 instead of 5x5.

You can use more weight and will just stregthen the muscles as opposed to making them grow.

Agreed, doubles and triples are a great way to increase strength without a large increase in size.
