Yes GL, my birthdays always fucking suck. I guess I should be used to it by now, but I'm not. I keep hoping every year that it'll be better than the previous year. I guess this is what happens when you don't need all the fingers on one hand to count your friends.
I'm wondering when I'm going to call her back. I didn't call her back last night after she left a message on my cell. I understand that shit happens and they weren't planning on being out that late with her boyfriend's parents, but jesus titty fucking christ, when you only have one phone and it's your cell, and you've made plans with someone for later on in the day, you take the phone with you JUST IN CASE.
Still pissed about the whole thing. I'm not really pissed at them, just pissed at the entire situation. Fucking wasted my time and my money. I was going to start drinking at dinner last night but said no, I'll wait because we're going out later tonight.
On the way home my gf kept trying to come up with things to do and I kept saying "no, fuck it, I just want to go home and drink." When we got home, I pulled a beer from the fridge (Rouge Dead Guy Ale), popped the cap off, walked to the trash can with the bottle in hand to throw out the cap, and then I noticed the bottle had foamed over and I was dripping beer everywhere
It was like the icing on the cake.
Speaking of cake, there's an ice cream cake in my freezer that I havn't had any of yet. I might have a piece for breakfast, fuck my diet.
