have you lifted heavy most of your lifting career?
nah...i used to be able to squat 505 for a couple reps...i'm sure that didn't help my knees and hips but, it's just bad genetics...you can run, but you can't hide.
and my shoulder got boogered up when i took a nasty-ass spill while bashing moguls...separated my shoulder and broke the upper part of my arm in 2 places...my other shoulder is actually in pretty good shape.
