gyno is what happens when a males estrogen level is increased to compensate for the level of his test increase from using roids. the increase in estrogen produces a fat buildup in the breast which is actually becoming tits like a woman. it almost always has to be surgically removed. not to be an ass, but if you know so little about the side effects of roids and what they are, you need to do a lot more research before you mess with them.
