Hanging Cleans

Wow, I have just dropped power cleans for hanging cleans. The burn I get in my shoulders is amazing. Does anyone else in here do hanging cleans and how do you like them?

I do them, I like the explosivness they build.

i do em......no particular reason other than i like to it my legs full with deads after i may switch around. i do like em though, apart from after the clean when u have to go back to the hang

I don't feel it in my shoulders at all, I think your form is different to mine
Its all traps, quads and posterior chain mostly.

What day should I throw these in on, if I were to do them? Back?

It hits your traps, hamstrings, glutes and lower back, plus a bit of quad and calves.

but its basicly a whole body lift
do it at the start of training, and keep the reps under 5
