hang/power cleans?

Do any of you all hit cleans very often? After finally getting my form down I love em! For the first time in my life I got my upper back to be "good sore" after adding them to my back workout. I've never been able to get my back feeling sore the next day like that. It was awesome. I increased the weight today so hopefully she'll be feelin sore tomorrow.

What do you all feel profits the most from cleans and just how effective an exercise do you all feel they are?
 
HEY man well I'll do powercleans and hang cleans every week and ever since my max clean went up I've been getting to like them I finally broke the 200lb barrier. I'll do powercleans by triples on ME SQ/DL day and then go ahead and do my ME movement like GM's or Pin pulls or something and then on DE SQ/DL day I'll do hang cleans by 5's before I do my low box squats.

I personally think they work my forearms for some reason, traps, hips(b/c I started splitting wide), and Back(just not that much I don't know why). It really is a FULL body explosion so for everyone they get a harder hit in certain areas.
