hands lock...

can DECA be attributed to the locking of hands when waking up after sleeping?

this happens to one of my best friends, who is on his second cycle of DECA300.... but takes 1 shot a week.

that doesn't sound good....it's not from the gear. Like Huck said, maybe dehydration.

well my buddy drinks over a gallon of water a day... do u suggest he increase that?

Yes,tell him to double that intake, and see what happens. If it continues, tell him to have it looked at by a physician or even perhaps a sports medicine clinic...

Well my cousin had somthing like that and he swears its the deca. When he was on his cycle and he used to yawn hi gaw(spelling) would lock up on him! Now I don't think he's so crazy!!!

It sounds like he is either not getting enough water, or not enough potassium. Tell him to drink more water and to eat banannas. Hopefully that will cure his hand locking.

This happens to me in spurts... Both blood pressure and lack of water ..... and your job

It happens more frequently to people that have their hands in the same position alot throughout the day.... like in my case.. holding a hammer, screw gun or simalar.

It's a bitch ...I've had my hand cramp up so bad the it take me unfolding my fingers with my other hand ..

I would get some blood work done if I were him. Muscle cramping/locking can indicate any number of problems with certain deficiencies or saturations of things like potassium, sodium, water, and yes...blood sugar. Get it checked and then you won't have to guess. Good luck - AD
