it's the start of the new law here in cali today of hands free for cell phones, and my dumb ass roommate just walked in with a ticket. Sucka!

the funny thing is it is not against the law to text and drive unless your under 18. but they can pull you over for "being distracted while driving"

better outlaw changing stations on the radio, smoking, eating, drinking any liquids, adjusting sunglasses, looking at watch, talking to anyone in car, scratching your ass......people make up the dumbest laws, i hate how dumb people are.

I don't even have an earphone yet. My phone is ancient; not sure if I want to get an earphone and holster for my POS phne or get a new phone with bluetooth earphone.
