Hands, arms tingling.

help everyone, I am on week 6 of 400mg test cyp. I'm starting to really feel it, getting stronger and putting on weight.
Anyway, the last couple of days I'm getting tingling feelings(pins and needles) in both hands and arms. This happens during the night, and during the day at random times.
what should I do? Stop cycle? Go to doc? Lower dosage, or is this ok.....Worried!

I get tingling and mild numbnes in my hands and lower arms during cycles. It happens to me especially when I am driving (weird). To this day I have no ides what is causing this? Sorry wish I could help you.

I always get that shit tingling ,probley just overworking your foearms . things like deadlifts , pullups curls anything that takes alot of grip strength ( your not white knucking the bar are you?)

Lol man you make a thread nearly every day about something bad that's happening to you and blaming the gear. I think you need to just relax and enjoy the ride IMO

Yeah, I'm a paranoid fucker!

its okay bro... just relax and fucking enjoy it... theres no need to be paranoid... you should be enjoying how you feel... stressing all the time is not going to help you in making gains either...

no one has brought up the first thing i thought when i read the title.. it could be a disc herniation issue in your neck. that is a classic symptom right there.

if thats the case then the only cure is rest. as my chiropractor once told me when i asked him about what would happen if i ever had a disc problem.. he said simply "if you have a herniated disc, then you have a herniated disc" its as simple as that. can take a year or longer to heal

absolutely true and trust me, i have bad back issues and sometimes when my upper vertebrae are out of place i get that tingling shit and as soon as i pop it in it all goes away instantly so these are other things you may want to consider it could be

I get weird numbness tingling from my wrists to almost my elbow, like a portion of my arm disappears, happens about 4x a week while lifting. no worries, just gripstrength. test can make you a bit anxious sometimes. Like dude above said, just relax and enjoy it bro.

the problem with weightlifting is we get the adrenaline going during our workouts and if you happen to hurt yourself you won't have any idea you did until it wears off.

also pounding away over and over will wear down the body, so it isn't even injuries that get sustained fast like in football or another sport. its one of those things that slowly creep up on you due to months and years of pounding. thats why its a bad idea for guys to use AAS who don't have a base. think your tendons and ligaments are growing as fast your muscles? hell no. they take a lot longer to catch up. so juicing and gaining 40 pounds on a cycle and bragging about it is wonderful, but i guarantee your body doesn't think it is. set a goal of gaining a few pounds at a time and do things the right way, the body will thank you

cycle off and let the body recover from the core. take a day off from the gym if your body feels worn down. we aren't robots made of steel and this isn't the Roman times where people live till 25. you don't want to be a cripple at 60 on painkillers the rest of your life just to get out of bed. see most NFL RB's as an example. now you know why Barry Sanders was smart and retired early and while in the nfl took training camp off, he got sick of taking a beating and realized being fresh was more important than pounding away

I was going to say go see a chiropractor. But nice job on your part!

I get strange tingly sensations as well. Almost nightly. I believe it,is a side effect of a bit of anxiety and the changing horomones will and do cause anxiety in myself and is common. I just grin and bare it in effort to keep making gains. it all goes away when my horomone levels balance back out after pct.

I get the same thing while driving (forearms) and sometimes in my legs in the morning. nothing to cry about though. if you're going to make an omelette you gotta crack some eggs right?

I get a tingling sensation too!! Oh wait that's from all the hcgenerate an my girlfriend sorry wrong forum LMAO

I get the same pins and needles sensation on certain cycles as well, it comes and goes but I don't think it's anything to worry about. It can be anything from a pinched nerve to changes in body physiology. As far as a possible hernia, I think you would know right away if you had something that serious because you wouldn't be able to lift at all. Just be safe and keep an eye on your heart rate, blood pressure, etc so you can rule out any complications.
