Handicapped people suck at everything

I dont know if its a tucson thing, but there's a high population of handicapped drivers. You're fucken doomed if you get behind one of these TROGS, they drive like shit. Saw the aftermath of an accident the other day; sure enough, a car with a handicapped placard was involved.

my buddy is handicapped and he drives just fine in fact he still snowmobiles and he rips it pretty hard....i guess that could be just over generalization of handicapped people IMHO.
