hamstring injection

anyone here have experience with this? i have a nagging upper hamstring strain and wondering how i would go about injecting sum l3igf-1 in there.

The chance of hitting a nerve is much higher over there. I have pinned almost everywhere but never even considered that..

Unless you are a pro bb er, why would you care about lagging hamstrings that much?? Do some sprints..
