There is no routine - simply get better at exercises (i.e. you are training exercises to improve). There is no magic ingredient or scheme to be good or bad. Squat deep and pull from the floor - and then improve at both. You will develop very symmetrically and get just about all the ham development you need. Where you are right now, you needn't concern yourself with anything else. You train to improve so focus on improving rather than messing with your training and micromanaging all the crap. Very simple stuff. Don't make it hard.
I have a hardtime swallowing the fact that he was "255lbs" then down to "140lbs" without learning how to train SOMEWHERE along the line. I am trying very hard to ignore these posts.
