I am going to be taking Halo for 4 weeks. I will be taking 20 mg per day which is 8 pills. Should I take these like D-Bol, every 4 hrs. or can I take them all at once??? Thanks

never to take all at once, I know that it's half-life is 9.2 to 10 hours but being the most toxic Steroid ever created on the liver, divide the doses for your liver

do not over load your liver just by taking it all at once

I have taken Milk Thistle. I also drink 1-2 gallons of water per day. I usually stop taking Milk Thistle when my cycle ends. This is my 3rd cycle, and it will consist of Test Cyp 200mg/week, Primoteston 250mg/week, both for 8 weeks, and Halos for 4 weeks.

Why stacking 2 different Testosterone esters together

I don't think that Milk-thistle is enough, you should add at least 2 extra liver protectants
Choose at least 2:
Primrose oil, NAC, Alpha lipioc acid, Glutamine, Glutathione

also consume more fish throw the week maybe 4times a week is applicable especially Salmon and swordfish as they both contains a great amount of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, try adding Flax seed oil to your food
Omega fatty acids works very well for protecting your liver and kidney from toxic compounds
