a friend wants to increase strength but mostly endurance since he's athlete or trying to get fit like one mostly running and doing push ups pull ups dips sit ups and light workout i think he wants to shape up for a special unit. halo and eq would be combo or use winny? he cutting carbs to drop bf to get lighter on his feet but i told him i wasn't sure if halo pumps you too much then you can't run any ideas?
