You guys weren't joking....that shit has increased my strength like nothing I've ever seen before...
Question though....I dont have a partner....so rarely get to go to failure... Now I'm up, for example, on my incline dumbell presses by 25lbs each... crazy at only 10days on Halo....but at 7 wks on current cycle..
How much do you think you can really grow without going to muscle failure... I feel I'm not getting the advantage...
Also running 1G test and 300 mg Eq...per week.. I know....need mroe Eq....but mine is only 50mg each...
