Halloween help?

I have a muscle shirt and want to imply somehow that this is what happens when you take steroids. Any ideas without sticking needles or stuff on my clothes. I thought about just writing on a shirt but that would look kinda cheap ....

I have no idea what to be tonight so I am just pulling a costume out of my ass .....

How about putting a big cardboard box over yourself and painting it green and going as karma. Paint it red if you expect trouble.
