I think compared to the fact that both are long chain esters, where you inject it, when compared against the fact that it has a long half-life in the first place, is probably miniscule. With that being said, I would have to assume that the half life would be longest when you inject it in an area with the most muscle tissue for it to diffuse across. I think for most folks, that's probably the glute and I would assume that when the half life studies were done, it was probably based on a IM administration in the glute.

Anyone know of any concrete studies on this?
