Do some research before you do anything. If you want a real natural looking hairline look into follicular unit transplants http://www.hair-loss-info.com/library/Follicular_units_minigrafts.asp. i feel that they suck becasue in a few years you will start to see the little tiny black plugs on the persnas scalp whenthe hair is moved around. Especially if more fall out over time... you will defnitly see all these little black spots on the scalp.

I was assigned to do an article on this a couple of years ago. Hair transplants will never give you a full head of hair and will become very apparent as you recede further. In some cases it may work (especially with curly hair) but more often than not, it looks like shit and leaves you scarred.
Minoxidol doesn't do shit either.
You have two options: Either keep your hair really short, or shaved. Or invest in a good piece -- the kind movie stars wear, not the kind your Uncle Fred wears. Expect to pay $1000 twice a year. (Minimum). Nothing's worse than a bargain hair piece.

What is the chance of getting a hair loss board on this site. There seems to be enough general interest on this site and there are some very informed people here that would make it a great place to learn.
Hell....theres a gambling board and a Hiv board. Why not a hairloss board? Just a thought! I know a few Dr's over at www.thebaldtruth.com who who probably be able to contribute quite regularily.

vaquero it isnt a opinion.. they DO FALL OUT.. when? dont know.. depends on the hairplugs and the individuals.. but i will tell you this.. You lose anymore hair after the surgery and you WILL look liek a complete jackass... worse then if you were oging bald.. becasue you will see all those little black plugs spaced out even more and you WILL look retarded.
