a 6ml nizoral sachet contains 10mg ketaconizole, my question, is it recommended to use all of the contents inside the sachet in one bath?

the instructions said 2 twice a week for 2 to 4 weeks and once for maintenance. should i follow the instructions?

The instructions are probably for dandruff control. To utilize ketoconazole for its hair thickening benefits, use it on a regular basis (2-3 times a week; or whenever you shampoo). Leave it on for a couple of minutes, then rinse it out. Some of the ketaconozole stays on the scalp even after rinseing, that is how it is effective.

I have no idea how much is in a sachet, I buy it in 4 oz bottles. Use enough to cover your scalp area.

when it starts going bald..SHAVE IT OFF! nothing worse than men with thin tatty long hair in a little stringy tail tied back. YUCK! mind u i'm biased to shaved heads..

If i don't wash my head (i don't allow my hair to grow over approx 1/2 of a centimeter long) with dry scalp shampoo every day I will have massive dry flakes accompanied thick dandruff.

I use got2b styling glue to give my hair a messy look. I use it every day, in descent amounts.

Will this have any negative impact to my hair?

btw is it okay if i use another shampoo then followed by nizoral the next day? is it okay if once or twice a week i don't wash my hair?
