look into DHT blockers...for hair loss also..ive heard some success with SAw palmetto Extract at 320mg a day..that inhibits the enzymes that allows the conversion to DHT

I have heard you also get a small boost from propecia as you have more free test from blocking the DHT...

Wash hair every other day. Use conditioner whenever u are washing it. The conditioner that is right for you. And never use dandruff shampoos, unless u wanna look like that famouse bald celeb.

subzero... why do you say, "never use dandruff shampoo"? Nizoral (active ingredient ketaconozole) is a dandruff shampoo & many people use it to fight MPB. There are studies showing that ketaconozole can make the hair shaft thicker with topical applications. Some people also use T-Gel to fight MPB.

I have heard that years ago dandruff shampoos dried your scalp out because the inactive ingredients were shit. Those companies have had to change that image... so, no I don't think that version of H&S is bad, it probably has lots of conditioners in it & prevents dandruff as well. I have used Neutrogena T-gel, and am now using Nizoral 2% for its hair thickening properties.
