Quad, how do you approach the final week with dehydrating? - cbeaks

I water load some. 2 gallons a day on Mon. Tues., and Wed. Then on Thursday I do 1 gallon. Friday I do 1/2 gallon and the day of the show I sip as needed. I also use Dyazide 1 tab evey 12 hours starting Thurs. night ending Friday night when I take the last one.

Great job Quad but I must say I was pissed your boy won overall (even though he deserved it)....he beat out my boy (light heavy winner).....but it was close and could have gone either way .....

Yes I actually know him from the Jr USA. He did look good but good god does he have genetics. No HGH and this is his first year on gear and he hardly does any. Awsome....pisses me off!
