had gyno surgery 2 weeks ago. left side swollen?

So i just had gyno surgery and my both sides seem to be almost completely healed. my right side u cant even tell i had gyno surgery really because everything basically looks legit from the outside. (i had only glandular excision no fat removal) . the only problem is my left side.

About 5 or 6 days ago my nipple started getting puffy again. now i can feel glandular stuff and if i turn to the side you can tell there is gyno again (or fluid) not sure which one. This is ONLY on my LEFT SIDE!! and its really pissing me off. I talked to the doc and he said its normal to have some swelling and to ice it on and off but i can feel glandular components underneath too. the thing is, it looked GREAT about a week ago and all of a sudden just got worse....

any suggestions?
should i go to the doc to get it looked at AGAIN?

ive been trying to break up the gland or tissue shit that is causing the gyno behind my left nipple but that i dont think is helping that much

How about go back to the doc and say "hey man, it looked better a week ago and now it looks like crap. Why is this?"

Maybe pick up some Nolvadex and Letrozole?

I had gyno removed from my left breast twice. It came back each time. It came back after the second surgical removal, which I had post-op complications with - simple stuff, just some swelling due to hemorrhage. After that, I have treated it successfully with mostly tamoxifen (also anastrozole and letrozole).

Go back to your surgeon.

what do you mean by this?? are you squeezing it with your hand? thats an open wound in there. and i would imagine youre making it way worse and bleed inside. i also read your thread in the gyno forum. and you said you needed the drain tube. not everyone has to get the drain tube. if you had excessive bleeding in there then now you probably have more. unless you meant you were trying to break it up with nolva or something.

agreed. go back to the doc and tell him youve been digging at the surgical site. why would you think this is a good idea?

Go back and see ur doc bro... 2 weeks is nothing when talking about the healing process.. There is still healing going on u can not see... Talk to ur doc..Let it heal.. Stop messin with it... Keep ur compression vest on.. (I wore mine a full 30 days)..

i talked to the doc on the phone yesterday . said it was normal to have swelling. Its too the point where it doesnt look horrible but still swollen and there is still a big ass gland in there, im beginning to think maybe it grew back? idk. hopefully it is just blood and stuff. i see him in 4 days so i will wait until then to ask him what the real problem is.

its like the gyno is worse on the inside but the nipple isnt as puffy just a little puffy....

im about 15 days out and the place where the stiches were is almost completely healed up. im beginning to see what everythings looking like and the right side right above the nipple there is somewhat of an indent and then above it is kind of a gland like thing which makes the very small indent big if posing under light.
gotta get that problem addressed to. anyone else have this happen?
