So today was back/Bi`s i went in thinking wow this is gonna suck as i had to shovel 4 in of snow off my big ass drive way in 15-20 degree weather. I weighed 151.5 today.

On the first two i should of had 1-2 more reps in me. Its my 2nd FULL week back in 2 years so im playing it safe.

I didnt do much for bi`s i was pretty geeked to be conventionally deadlifting 315 again. I should be close to 400 max soon.
As of monday i am 3 weeks away from being back into the 300`s on bench. These are all raw!
