H20 retention and strength (dbol)

As a lot of powerlifters are familiar with weight equals leverage wich inc. strength. Water or not its weight. JM Blakely did a great article on this back in a previous issue of powerlifting USA.

It varies but I seem to put on 50% muscle and 50% water on Dbol. Completely unscientific other than what I see drop on the scale in 48 hours after last dose. But to answer your question, yes as well. Just like creatine.
 
Is the water retention from dbol intercellular (I'm pretty sure that's a word) or is it just below the skin. I'm thinking that if it works like creatine by forcing water into the muscle cell than taking liquidex to fight the water bloat may be counterproductive to gaining strenght. If thats the case I may leave the dbol out of my next cycle. I was planning on a lean body mass type cycle with deca, test and winny at the end. I was going to throw the dbol in for the first 4or 5 weeks and run liquidex .5mg ed for the entire cycle. So I guess I'm asking if liquidex works against the benifit of dbol early in the cycle?
 
It is in a sense counter productive, but, you don't knock all the water and estrogen out with liquidex.. I run small amounts of anti e just to fight the bloat and BP issues and I tend to store fat easily in the estrogenic fat areas. That dbol bloat is long gone by the end of your cycle, bloat isn't permenant. But with your cycle, you have the dbol up front and the winny in the back.. Maybe just forget the dbol and take it easier on the bod.. good luck
 
I have noticed little bloat . . .

With Ldex.

I recently added Dbol to my Test & EQ cycel and have had some good strength gains. Not great.

Just my .02.

P.S. The back pump with Dbol sucks at first. Then it goes away. At least if finally did for me.
