Dude you are definately going ot et osmething unless you get some antiestrogens immeidiately. Also, there are other problems besides breast that estrogen causes so its not like you can just get your breast tissue removed and not have to worry ever again about taking antiestrogens. YOu will get big fat legs, hips and ass like a woman and other things.
