How can you tell the difference between gyno and chest fat? Im reading alot of threads dealing with gyno and I can kinda relate but Ive never cycled and was never over 18% bf..

The nipple area tends to be sensitive, painful and even itchy. The nipple tends to get bigger, you can see it. There is a possibility of leakage (white /brownish liquid), and of course the obvious lumps and fibrous mass.

Feel around you nipple for hard lumps,,,,leakage and you may have progestin/progesterone issues.

fluid can also come out in a clear form as well (as in my current case). When my plastic surgeon was examining my chest, he first thought the gyno that I wanted to get rid of was the layer covering my chest until I pointed out the lumps behind the nip. He said he'd lipo the whole chest and remove the lumps.. I guess in a doc's mind, chest fat, fibrous tissue is all gyno.. but you'll def. know when you get gyno from gear..pain, itchy...etc.

no bumbs...no itch no soreness no liquid.....I guess im just a fat ass.hhaha.
no matter how many hours I run or how clean my diet is or how many bench presses I do i cant get it away!!! grrr..just try harder and switch it up I guess..thanks fellas.

uhh so never cycled and ive heard gyno being tossed around a lot on the boards and was a little curious how often gyno occurs and also how to get rid of it? or how to deal wit it.

Everybody is different some people get it others don't. To get rid of it:

1) If it's due to test then use letro
2) If it's progesterone based use dostinex
