i have some mild gyno and i am only 17. i definatley definatley definately defiinatley hate it more then anything and it bothers me alot. i have a real good physique and i dieted down to where i haver really cut abs but i still have more fat then i should on my chest. im giong to a regular appt with a doctor in mid june and im going to say something to him. how should i approach this. i want to get rid of it at all costs. whther i can get the doc to say taht it is a cancer risk and get me surgery i dont care. im not going to let my countless hours in the gym and countless days spent hungry to get a good physique blown becuz i had too much estrogen in my system when i went through puberty. help plz.

I have the same thing man.....17 myself...from puberty...was always skinny...sucks ass...coney somewhat puffy nipples and a little fat...actually bothers me a lot as well

Talked a doctor recently about it and he said it is very mild....and that he wouldn't prescribe nolva or anything else to try and make it go away...but if it was a big deal...to
get the surgery...

You know that 65% of teenage males get it....and 90% of those will eventually lose most\all of it at some point

yeah i have it too, and i was told it was gonna go away by my doc when i was 14 or so, but it's still around and bigger. it drives me crazy too because i work so hard and it mars my physique. doctors have been useless, and i'm not going to pay thousands of dollars to get rid of it. I'm eventually going to try running nolva for 2 months to get rid of it, as some people have done. You should do a search about that. ceo has posted a lot on it. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you aren't finished growing, since nolva is a SERM, is very good at attaching to receptors in the epiphyseal growth plates, and for this reason it is used to intentionally stunt growth. That's why I've held off on trying it. Plus you still have a few years where it may go away on its own. But if you're hitting 20-21 and it's still around, chances are it's not going away on its own.

Sorry Guys, I know how you feel. I had severe gyno starting at age 12.

First off, good job for getting into shape first.

Now, goto your dr. and get estogen/testoserone labs done. Odds are you are fine. It just happens to some guys at puberty.

Then, try to get your dr. to help you w/insurance for gyno removal. Find a plastic surgeon in your area that specializes in gyno. Make sure you see before and after pics. Also, be sure to be specific on how you expect it to look. You will either need to cut it out or lipo. If its lipo make sure the surgeon understands it needs to be aggressive lipo, bc breast tissue is very fiberous.

For my story goto the last post in http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=322513

Wow, I never knew that it could close the plates. Shit. I better tell my 17 year old friend about this before he runs it for PCT. (not like he should be doing anabolics at that age anyhow, even if it is oxandrolone)

I think I had some when I was a teenager too. They would mainly get kinda sore and I could feel a little lump in there occassionally. But, for the most part, I think its totally gone. Could he take liqudex or something of that sort? Or would that mess with the growth plates too?
