[Youth Uprising]

Hey, I ended a test enan 500mg weekly and 35mg dbol 1-4 weeks on march 25th. Well ever since I stoped the cycle I have been taking 20mg nolva daily. Well everyday I squeeze my nipples and feel them for lumps, well today I squeezed them and some fluid came out. I took another one so it made it 40mg. Any advice?
