This may sound stupid but my question is.......

If I had gyno start to set in during a previous cycle(1 year ago), but I caught it with the use of nolvadex (I now have one slightly puffier nipple and a little hard tissue underneath.) and it has completely stopped and has even gotten a little smaller....then....Does that mean in my next cycle that I will be more prone to inducing gyno again since, theoretically, it has already started????

If you are prone to gyno you must use an anti-estrogen. Either .25-.5mgs arimidex a day or 10mg of noveldex.

I have slight gyno and am woried about it getting worse but this is what I'm going to do to stay on the safe side

Proviron 50mgs/day for days 1-21, 32-53, 64-85 of the cycle
and Nolvadex 10mgs/day days 22-31, 54-63...

I am also wondering if gyno will get larger once you have got it if you take steps to prevent it or if you still have the same chance of getting it each time you do a cycle ???

Proviron why would this be bad to take?

you should research before you take Proviron
