How many of you have got it? Did it freak you out and did letro take it away. I've been dosing aromasin and had no sensitivity at all and all of a sudden today there is a pea sized lump under my left nipple only and it hurts. I'm also noticing the ducts around my nipple seem to be more visible, but that could be because I've never payed this much attention to my nipples before lol. I'm not lactating. Going to start letro tomorrow. Anyways. What's up guys how did u handle it? I'm a little freaked out
