gyno touble...please help

First of all lets establish that i fucked up and should not have started a cycle without researching more and waiting a couple years. i was presented with a chance to do a test only cycle by a friend, being immature and impatient to get big i decided to go through with it. Knowing what i do now, the dosage was too low to even make an impact, so basically i just fucked myself up with no gains. i planned on a 10 week cycle of 200mg test cyp a week plus i had 4 amps of testoprim-d. after a couple weeks in, i started seeing gyno signs, ichy nips and slightly sore, so i started taking 20 mg nolva i got from ag-guys. the symptoms did not clear up and my nips got real puffy. i freaked out and stopped the cycle after 4 weekly test cyp 200mg injections and one testoprim-d injection(test enth and a little test prop). I continued using nolva for a couple months at various doses. at one point i tried 80mg ed for a week, then tapered down to 60mg for 2 weeks and then 40mg for a week... all the way down to 10mg ed for 2 weeks. it has been almost a month since i took any nolva and my nips are still very puffy and i can actually feel a little hard tissue underneath the nip in the left peck. the actuall nipples (not aeriolas) are longer and wider than theyused to be. I feel that my nips are continueing to look worse 3 months after my last injection. I went to the doctor who felt my chest and all he said was that he felt irregularities on the left side but it wasn't dangerous (obviously, it just looks fuckin horrible). He also said there was a fair chance my nips would return to normal in the next few months. He did mention tamoxifen as an option but said the side effects made it not worth it. i really feel that visually my nipples and possibly tissue underneath is getting slowly worse. Should i start taking nolva again? if so, how much and how long should i stick with it? Do i have any other options besides surgery? damn bro i feel for ya here, this is why we preach that people reserach thoroughly but im not gonna chastise you as your going through enough....well since you have actual tissue growth i hate to be the bearer of bad news but to get rid of that your looking at surgery and surgery only...i mean people have reported using letrozole and being successful at getting rid of small lumps but im skeptical of that...that being said you can try the nolva again (im a believer in pills over liquid not saying liquids are no good just saying my opnion to be pills) i would be aggressive with it and hit 80mg ED for 2-3 weeks and hopefully that will kock symptoms out for you after that take 20mg off the dose every 2 weeks until your totally off the nolva...it sounds like estro rebound is occuring in you, when i got gyno smptoms it was after i was off cycle 4 or 5 months so i know what your talking about there....i hope it works out for ya bro and goodluck....

my nips seem to be getting a little more puffy each day for the last 5 days. i am right now struggling to get ahold of some nolva and was wondering if this puffyness will be permanent . is there a chance they will fo back to normal by themselves? IF this is estro rebound, how long will this keep causing gyno symtoms?

I've never understood how gyno just "goes away". I've also never understood how taking Nolvadex will reduce gyno, doesn't it just block the receptor and help your tits just not get worse or prevent? Somebody help me out to further understand this. I've never heard of any doctors prescribing Nolva to guys with gynecomastia, or anything really for that matter, so I don't know if it would help really. Maybe I'm wrong tho

If you already have growth under the nipple, here is what I would do. Lie. I know it probably doesn't hurt, but if you have insurance, just say it does. Say when it is bumped, it hurts, or it has a nagging pain at times. It's very difficult for insurance to cover that shit if it's cosmetic. Kinda of stupid IMO, because insurance will cover braces but not gyno. If your first doctor won't do it, just go to another doctor. Make sure they are good, but sooner or later you should find one that will operate and have it covered on your insurance. I had natural gyno a few years ago, and it worked pretty well. I had it in only one nipple, and even though it is still noticeable to me, nobody else can tell anymore.

Nolva will make a sudden gyno affliction regress, the same tissue that grew will shrink to its previous size. It's like losing fat. You shut off the estrogen that is causing the growth. I know because it worked for me. However, if you have gyno that is not hormone related, i.e., present from prior to when you began taking an aromatizing steroid, Nolva will most likely do nothing. It is otherwise permanent. You would need surgery.

I'd get back on 80mg/day of nolva and keep ridin that dose till the symptomds subside. It may take a few months, but be patient. Odds are you'll be okay when all is said and done. do LOTS more research next time.

Out of curiosity, are there any side effects when taking 80mg/day of nolva gor a few months?

i'll tell you...i had an estrogen rebound a couple of months ago after 2 consecutive cycles. about 2 weeks after my last shot all of a sudden i had a really painful left nipple. it really hurt like a bitch whenever any pressure was applied to it. i took nolva at 6omg/day for a week and nothing. then i went up to 80mg/day for a week and nothing.

thats when i started shitting my pants. so i upped the nolva to 100mg/day and within 2 days the pain was gone but i still felt a little something on the side of my nipple. then i ran out of nolva so i ordered letro and continued letro for 1 month at 2.5mg/day. now...everything is gone thank god. no pain and i feel nothing.

keep in mind that nolva and letro should not be used together. use either 1 or the other.

Something's not right here..... 200mg per week gave you gyno in 4 weeks? Are you sure man? Test Enth doesn't even kick in by 4 weeks.... You sure youre not just paranoid of getting gyno? I ask cause I went through the same type of paranoia...... Swore I had really BAD gyno, went to my doc, and he thought I was crazy..... Went to a plastic surgeon, he too thought I was crazy, almost refused to do my surgery..... Maybe it's always been there, but youre noticing it more now cause you read tons of gyno posts? Not saying this is the case, but I'm throwing it out there for ya to think about..... Maybe it's just BF in the chest area?

Went to a plastic surgeon, he too thought I was crazy, almost refused to do my surgery..... Maybe it's always been there, but youre noticing it more now cause you read tons of gyno posts? NOT over reacting. Nipples are very puffy. can feel tissue under left nipple, starting to feel some forming under right. 4 weeks= 200mg test cyp a week+ one testoprim-d amp in third week. Fuckin sucks.
