I about to do proviron and nolvadex ill tell you how that works... i used winny and it removed the lump in my left nipple but the estro rebound gave me a lump in my right nipple lmaooooooooo

standard protocol is to use a Serm like nolvadex or clomid and an AI like arimidex ,aromasin or Femara together.
for ex:
4 weeks
Nolva 40/40/20/20 mg / ed
Arimidex 1/1/0.5/0.5 mg / ed

u can do it for more time if needed , 2 weeks more or even another 4 weeks in a row or take a break and repeat it again.
but take care long term use of anti-e is not good for the health anything more than 4 weeks can be harsh on ur health, prefer if u consult u doctor if problem persists.

I am thinking to make a cycle with dianabol for the start 20mg per day or other day , so from this i read must have nolvadex etc... , about PCT what you prefer for a cycle like this and what is the reason to take PCT ?

bro u asked about gyno therapy and i answered u, if ur planing a cycle that's another thing i need to know ur age , weight , height , training experience , diet , previous cycles if any......

for a first cycle 30-50mg dbol for 6 weeks split in 3 doses daily
week 1-2 : 30mg/ed
week 3-4 : 40mg/ed
week 5-6 : 50mg/ed

Pct clomid
day 1 : 300mg
day 2-14 : 100mg
day 15-21 : 50mg

if u found ur prone to gyno take nolvadex at 10mg/ed when problem starts for a week or 10 days max then stop , do it again if it returns, if ur not but bloated too much , put on excess water just use adex for 0.25mg/eod or proviron at 25-50mg/ed , but not in the first 2 weeks, start at week 3.
