Gyno symptoms?

Nips starting to feel sensitive throughout the day. Running 400/wk Deca & 50mg/day dbol. No itching or lumps. Feeling a slight burning sensation with sensitivity. Should I start taking Nolva at this point? Standard is 20mg/day until sensitivity subsides correct?

I'd hit up 40mgs for a couple days, and then when symptoms subside continue with 20mg ed or eod. Probably from the dbol. If not then you might have to take another route. But try the nolvadex and see what happens. It should clear up nicely in a couple days.

Should I spread that Nolva dose out or take it at once? Some people recommend taking the Nolva until symptoms subside. Are you saying take the Nolva till the end of my cycle?

You could split up the dose if you want. Yes, I would continue the nolvadex throughout at 20 mgs and for a week or two after your cycle also. You don't want those symptoms coming back, and this way theres a good chance they won't.
