Gyno surgory

Hey guys, Im going to be getting gyno surgory done in a few months, mine is from taking anabolic steroids the wrong way when i was younger and not taking PCT's, and I',m just sick of it my nipples are huge and petrude out about an inch, its rediculous. Besides that tho my doctor had told me he is not going to take all of the gyno tissue out because if he does my nipple will go inward way too much and look too awkward, I wanted them to take out the gland so it is not a possibility to ever get this again but he said thats not an option. Is this true? Or have any of you ever gotten it taken out completely.

Thanks a lot thats what i've been wondering, but is it possible to take 100% of the glandular tissue out? Have you ever performed that, and what would happen 2 the nipple if that did happen. B/c i hear that if you take the glad out you can never get it back again. Do you think 90% is the best way 2 go? My doctor seems like he doesnt perform a lot of gyno surgorys and is more of just a plastic surgont then anything.
