1.do u still cycle heavy after surgery
2.do u still use ai
3.doc said he will leave tiny bit behind nipple to keep its shape can it still be aggravateed?
4 ill be in pct during surgery will it matter?

Ive never had the surgey but work with several closely who have.
If the entire gland is not removed,,,gyno can reappear..so YES and AI would still be a good idea/

Yes...

Yes…. When I use Tren my left side can get a little puffy but it goes away when I come off. I only use Tren when I compete so only 1-2 times per year.

4 ill be in pct during surgery will it matter?

Not unless it is recent enough where your PB is still elevated (If that is even an issue) I had been off cycle about two weeks when I had mine.
