Gyno surgery

I've heard that you could have the whole gland removed. If this is true, are there any benefits to this. Had surgery last March and have not touched any juice since and can feel a small knot developing under my left nipple. I know it's Gyno because I felt all the usual symptoms. Itchy, sore, etc. Don't know what to do.

Supposedly if you have the entire gland removed you cannot ever get gyno again. I don't know if it's true or not. I had gyno removed by liposuction with no gland removal.
