Gyno Surgery leave bad scars?

I am considering getting surgery on my puffy nipples as well as my pointy chest. If anyone has had surgery on something similar to this I would like to know what kind of scar it left and if the surgery cured your problems. I have no clue. I just want details on how puffy nipples are a matter of life and death. I'm speculating some pretty far out scenarios here.

It depend on where the surgeon makes the cuts. I had gyno removed through lipo and the Dr. made the cuts under my arms. They are almost invisible a year later. If they excise glandular tissue they usually make the cut on the areola which usually doesn't leave a terribly noticeable scar. I've heard horror stories of surgeons making the cut around the areola and not on it and left a horrible scar. Make sure you pick a doc that knows what's going on even if you have to pay more for it.
