Gyno Surgery and First Cycle

A few months ago I had teenage gyno removed by a plastic surgeon through lipo and open incision methods. Most of the fat and tissue was removed except for a small area behind my nipple for fear of "inverted nipples". I recovered very quickly and was back in the gym by the second week. I am 6' 2" and around 205 lbs and I've always been very athletic (alot of running, hiking, other cardio) while lifting on and off for several years. In the past 2 years I have been lifting and eating seriously yet I don't put on much mass or strength, my muscles just get harder and more defined. I eat at least 3500 calories a day some times much more. I am looking to bulk up, thicken my torso and broaden my shoulders. I would like to do an 8 week cycle, 30mg Naposim ED weeks 1-4 and 500mg Test Cyp EW weeks 1-8. I would run Nolva and Arimadex throughout the cycle and do PCT based on Jenetic's posts. My question is this: Is this a stupid idea? Will I definately get Gyno again? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I had gyno removed 5 years ago and I have done three cycles since and I haven't had any problems. Did you have your glands removed also? I had to have two operations when I went in. The doc only did lipo the first time and the glandular tissue I had under my nipples was quite massive. He removed the glands the seond time which is much more important than the fat. If you have had your glands removed you will be 100% fine - if not then you may need a second op.

...also, my doc warned me of blood clots forming from too much exercise etc. after surgery (clots are rare). he told me to wait 10 weeks before any heavy workouts - I waited 6 months before doing a cycle just to be safe. I also had quite a bit of tisse removed though.

Additionally, would running Nolvadex for a week or two before the start of my cycle further "dull" the receptors and provide extra security against reoccurance of gyno?
