I was recently on a helladrol/katanadrol cycle, first 4 weeks I took 100mg hella with 250mg of kat ed.
Once I finished the katanadrol I slowed the helladrol to 75mg/ed, and the last 5 days I tapered off with 75mg a day to 50mg to 25mg..
I was also taking hcgenerate and forged pct while I was tapering hella...
My questions is I'm about a week into post and I don't know what it is but my nipples are a little puffy, no sensitivity or lumps behind them and they both look identical. I noticed 2 days after I stopped helladrol completely.
Just a side note, my nipples have always been a little puffy I mean very little and usually when I'm really warm and its not common for them to be puffy most of the time. But on cycle they are usually hard and small.
But my question is, is this gyno? I have heard prolactin induced gyno exhibits almost the same sides I'm experiencing. Could it be helladrol/katanadrol estro rebound?
I just received formastanzol to ensure it doesn't get any worse and I'm using it now.
I would just like to ensure that it is or isn't gyno and what to do so it doesn't get worse.
I've already ordered letrozol, I'm not planning on using it but I'd rather have it on hand than not. I'm also going to order dos in case I do go the letro route.
Another side note: I've been eating kinda shitty recently (lots of nuts/seeds (fatty proteins) so it may be that too, but I haven't noticed a increase in overall body fat. If anything the past week or two I had some zits on my chest, one normal sized one and another small one, its not common for me to get zits/pimples on my body)
Please let me know what you think it is and what the best course of actions is to prevent it from getting worse or maybe correcting it.
