Gyno Recovery

Hey Guys,

I'm having my gyno cut out in 2 weeks, I wondering how long it took to get back to your regular routine in the gym????? I really don't feel like taking 3 weeks off!!!! I've already done a search and I found 1 other who said he was back in a month.... I hope it doesn't take that long with me..... so how long on average??

Well you have to wear this weird like tight bra thing under your clothes for like a month after and then you really cand lift heavy things for a few weeks so 1month sounds about right
