gyno question? test or deca?

I'm just getting back into the swing of things after a two year layoff. I'm 44 years old and have done several low dose cycles of test and a little deca. I'm somewhat prone to gyno. Last week I injected 250mg of test cyp and 150 mg of deca on day 1. On day 6 I injected 250 mg of test cyp (I am on my fourth week of 2iu's day of gh). Today is day 8 and I am already starting to get a lump behind the nipple and have soreness there. I have nolvadex on hand and am going to order something today for deca sides. My question is how do I know what is causing the gyno? Should I take something for both test and deca to be safe? What is my best bet for deca sides?

You should have been doing an AI the whole cycle. Many guys lately are being mislead into not using AIs during cycles and getting nasty sides. Urn letrozole until gyno clears up and in the future always use an AI.
