Gyno-please Help!

I am a 27 yr old male who has been doing test cycles with various other AAS compounds over the last six years with no signs of gyno whatsoever. However, about 3-4 months after my last cycle (which included tren for the first time, which I suspect is the culprit) I developed a lump under my right nipple.

I have just started an 8 week cutting cycle of Test Prop (100 mg EOD), Anavar, GH and I will end with some Winstrol. I am currently taking 50 mg of Proviron ED and 40 Mg of Nolvadex (I chose those because I have both on hand and this combination has been successfull for me in the past).

Everyone loves Arimidex as an anti-estrogen but I actually ran Arimidex for the first time during and after my last cycle which resulted in the gyno. When I first noticed the gyno, I took two weeks of 1mg of Arimidex a day and nothing happened (if anything it got worse).

The lump has actually gotten smaller since I started the Proviron and Nolva but it's still there. Should I bump up the Nolva to 60 mg a day or reduce it? Should I lay out some money for another anti-estrogen? Will this effect my cycle and how long should I run the anti-estrogens post-cycle?

I will most likely have surgery after this cycle is over to get rid of the thing for good, but I would like to know what to do in the mean time. I have read tons of info on this but I would like some first hand opinions. Thanks.:)

That makes sense JuicePimp...I guess because of the prolactin levels. So should I keep up the Nolva and the Proviron during this cycle?

Also, what dosages of bromo or dostinex? Thanks for your reply.

when/how long ago did you start the tamoxifen treatment?

You said the lump has gotten smaller...it would be nice to know over what period of time. You should get enough tamoxifen to run it for about 4 months at 40-60mg/daily in divided doses. Once the lump disappears, you can lower the dose to 20mg/daily, but it would still be important to run this treatment for 3-4 months.

You may not need surgery. I had 2 surgeries and the gyno kept coming back, but after tamoxifen treatment I have not had a problem since.

Let me know. Feel free to PM me too.
