gyno or paranoia

3.5 weeks into my first cycle--Fina only at 75mg ed. I'm not feeling itchy nips or anything else unusual but I find myself looking into the mirror more and thinking I am growing man boobs--even though I can't really see any. So, with that being said, could I actually be getting gyno without any of the itchy nips or other symptoms or am I likely just being paranoid. Thanks

you're most likely being paranoid but gyno can definitely occur w/o any signs of itchiness, irritability, swelling, etc. Just feel your chest and see if you have any signs of a lump.

dont bother with the vitex. YOu would have pain behind your nipple if you were having probs. Vitex reduces prolactin but I think it increases progesterone, so what good does that do. I could be wrong , but I think thats waht it does

many users have reported good results with vitex.. though not all

decreasing prolactin is good

increasing PROGESTERONE is LIKELY (its theory and while responses have been good saying "FOR SURE" is untimely) good, in the presence of PROGESTINS like trenbolone

Bro, I get paranoid about things too...I fuck a chick bareback: I must have an std; I'm on a cycle (even w/anti-E's): I must be getting gyno. Sometimes it's self defeating, but what's life without a little excitement?

Fina cycle here too. My nips are slightly puffy, not sore, and no hard lumps. Feels like I'm retaining water on my nip area/lower chest. No one could even really tell a difference, but I can. Hopefully this goes away post cycle.

macrophage69alpha is right vitex raises progesterone, which is a good thing. Progesterone is inhibitory to the estrogen receptor. Without it or lowering it you get an up-regulation of the estrogen receptor. Lowering your prolactin will help as well so go with the vitex.
