gyno/nolvadex question

I never used AS yet but before i do:

ok I have one puffy nipple and the other very very little puff...probly just fat...

the one puffy one is gyno from puberty..

so when i'm on my first cycle:
8 weeks d-bol/test/deca

would it be wise to take
10mg Nolvadex eod
10mg Nolvadex ed
20mg Nolvadex eod
20mg Nolvadex ed
wait till i feel an itch or burning
25mg proviron eod
25mg proviron ed
or any combo of nolvadex and proviron?

i think i want to take 25mg proviron to keep down water retention anyways and that will help against some of the gyno..

A couple of things are bothering me about your post. First of all, Adolescent Gynecomastia eventually disappears on its own, and if you still have it, you must still be an adolescent or just out of your teens---which raises concerns to me about whether or not you should be doing AS now, considering your age and susceptibility to gyno. Second, you are proposing to use Deca without any defense against progestin induced gyno---Nolvadex/Proviron will not combat the effects of progesterone.

If you opt to go with Test/Dbol and maybe EQ instead of Deca, Proviron and Nolvadex will very effectively combat estrogen induced sides.

Don't do novs `eod. You would be better off doing 5mg ed then 10 eod. EOD will not work, I have tried it.
