Gyno help

Hey guys, I'll start off with my stats

Age-26
Weight-93kg
Height-5.9
BFP- between 10-13%
Years training - 5

Been running
Test E - 500mg a week
Tren E - 600 mg a week

For about 14 weeks now, about 2 weeks ago I added in Dianabol 50mg a day and never had gyno problems before, my nipples were never itchy or anything I basically just woke up with puffy nipples after about a week of adding Dianabol in, so I started using liquid Arimidex at 0.5mg a day and been doing that for about a week now and it hasn't really helped. I have some winstrol on hand and was going to discontinue use of Dianabol and use the winstrol instead, I was going to use nolva on cycle but heard that tren and nolva don't mix, any ideas?

I would assume any hormone shift could affect progesterone levels. raising/lowering estrogen, AAS, or otherwise. It seems to be somewhat common as estradiol levels decline progesterone levels increase. So it might not be the dbol but the sides from tren raising it's ugly head. If thats the case you will need cabergoline or Dostinex.

First of all you really need to be managing your estrogen number one in every cycle. There are several hormones that can cause issues for us but the crux of all of them still comes back to managing e2 properly first and formost. You need to manage your e2 with the adex. Also as was mentioned with tren you should also add in some prami or caber.
As far as adding in nolva it is an excellent idea until you get hormones properly in line. There is no significant issue with nolva and tren. There will be a slight upregulation in progesterone receptors for approx 2 weeks when combining nolva with a 19 nor (tren or deca). This is subsequently followed by a downregulation in progesterone receptors.
Id continue on your addex, add in prami & nolvadex. Get some blood work if possible then to dial everything in. Blood work is your friend. Managing hormones strictly based on symptomology can be fairly tricky especially if you dont have extensive compound and corresponding hormonal effects experience.
Best of Luck
