gyno flare up from 1MR?

well i only paid 36 dollars. but i got rid of it. went home after the gym and started getting really bad cramps, my whole arm locked up and got stuck for a good 2 minutes, kinda scary. it did give me a good energy boost, but cramps, and what appears to be a gyno flare up, no reason ill ever use this shit again
