Gyno & anti e's

After my first cycle I noticed a little puffyness of my nipples. It seems like they have always been a little puffy, I don't know if I am just paranoid or what. My first cycle consisted of 250mg sus and 300mg EQ for 8 weeks. I didn't think those doses would cause gyno. I may just be paranoid about it, I don't seem to have any other symptoms. any ideas??
Also, what is the usual dosages for some common anti e's such as liquidex, nolvadex etc??

bro is you've always had puffy nips then you are predisposed to have them and gear is only going to make them worse...at least from my experience. Just a word of advise -make sure you always use an anti E since you already have the presisposition for puffy/gyno.

nolvadex-10-20mgs/day will suffice
liquidex-1mg/day is optimal
