gyno 2 months after dbol cycle

i did a cycle of dbol during which my nips were hard as if they were cold nearly the whole time, never sore, never itchy and never any lumps, i followed the cycle with nolv which i took only for a week or 2 because i felt my sex drive was what it always was and gyno then wasnt an issue but now ive been devoloping sore nipples for the past couple weeks i took a couple 20 mg nolv in between figuring that would be enough but i guess not so im back takin 40 mgs a day again but now my nips have devoloped pea sized fat tissue underneath which probably could have been avoided had i started the nolv once i noticed they were starting to get a little sensitive (kicking myself for that one) there not abnormally sore but i definately notice when i rub them is nolv gonna be enough to treat this and also is it possible that this tissue will disipate or am i stuck with it now?

ive also had an increase in the amount of small white head type bumps on my nipples and after squeezing a few noticed a bit of puss like juice to come out, i was under the impression my gyno was from estrogen but from what i just described does this mean otherwise??? any help would be great!
