Besides soreness, besides puffiness, itchieness or swelling of your nipple area is there ANY other signs of gynecomastia beginning? i mean the absolute first stage when its just starting to form. I dont know if im just a hypocondriact but when my nipples are hard, the TIP of my left nipple seems like its a little bigger than the right. Nobody else notices but i notice, is that a sign? im on test enanthate at 500 mgs per week and im on week 8. i know this is the worst for estrogen levels going up. i dont wanna bother with nolv if its just me buggin out staring at it in the mirror over n over again. every one says puffiness soreness or itchiesness, nothing about the end of your nipple.

the itching is always the first sign for me puffiness follows quickly thereafter, but as soon as I throw some aromasin, nolv and yes even clomid the symptoms subside. best of luck bro.
