anywho, today was my 1st day back at the gym after a week off battling bronchitis. I hit 95*2 on incline not bad for still being weak from the illness. But i was huffin and puffin before i even got to the cardio. :worried:
 
Pretty darn sore from doing events on Sunday...but I'm hoping for a good day on the Log Clean and Press this afternoon.

Today is chest and calves- followed up by a 5 page paper and take home test--- lucky me
 
Walked to the gym -- 30 min
Tris & Bis
Run/walked -- HIIT 20 min
Walked home -- 45 min to 1 hour

lol @ smurfy. I'm with ya, my thigh is 21 inches. ;)

Glad your back in the gym, feeling better. I'm still hurting, so one more day off for me.

Good thing cardio is overrated for fat loss! :)
 
Been there twice already today
11:45-1:15, Chest & Abs
5:30-7:00, Triceps and Pullups (plus catch up with my boys)

I went earlier and did 30 on the stairstepper and jogged for 30 on the treadmill

then did a little bit of weights....I was too weak though after all that cardio so I'm thinkin' bout' heading back down there later tonight after I finish up this homework for a strictly weights session :)
 
worked the piss out of chest...repped 335 for 4 on bench press at the end of my bench workout....and worked calves....good workout

Unless you eat something between your cardio and weights, I'd recommend doing weights before cardio, otherwise you're training yourself in a pre-weakened state and it will hamper your progress. Doing cardio after weights is awesome for leanness, because you've already used up a lot of your muscle glycogen, which means you'll start burning fat a lot sooner.
